Australian construction estimating
Our Australian construction estimations are suited for Builders who are in early negotiation stages and/or at the closing final stages. We allow you to choose from three estimations: Basic Estimation, Standard Estimation and Premium Estimation.
The Basic Estimation allows you to communicate a budget house price to your client or check an already estimated build price.
Purpose, early stage price negotiation or Builder’s final review of price.

What do we need for an estimation?
It is important to make sure all information is sent through to your Australia building estimator. The more detailed information you provide to Blulevel Estimating the more accurate the construction estimation will be. Sometimes if documents/plans are not available, our Australian building estimator will include items inside the estimation based on experience within the Western Australia, South Australia and Tasmanian building industry.
