Estimating
We are experienced in estimating high-end construction.
Skilled trades require concentration, commitment and knowledge, and you do not want to sacrifice quality when estimating these costs.
Therefore, we increase construction rates on high-end builds.
Construction Estimating
The most common feedback we receive from builders is that our estimations are well presented, and it is easy to find costs and adjust them if required.
If we do happen to exceed the client budget, you can change the price of the basin from $290 to $110, and all reporting and final construction costs change.

Our Knowledge
A) Tight, narrow sites will cause construction costs to increase. There’s nowhere to park, you can’t relocate the materials from the verge to the property quickly, and the design is usually costly due to the land available. So after we completed the estimation, we knew the m2 rate was going to be high.
B) We know that when estimating a high-end construction project, you can’t rely on the $45p/hour general labour to do the fix out. The complexity around the joins and cuts is high, so we expect trades to charge more. Do you agree?
